After launching the Zen Cinemax 2+ budget smartphone, Indian mobile manufacturer Zen Mobile has announced two new smartphones in its ‘Admire’ Series. The Zen Admire Dragon and Zen Admire Thrill are priced at Rs. 5,290 and Rs. 4,690 respectively, and the big highlight is the support for VoLTE on both the smartphones.
Both the smartphones run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and support dual-SIM slots. They are powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB RAM. The devices offer 8GB of inbuilt storage with the option to expand further using a microSD slot (up to 3GB). Both the handsets sport a 5-megapixel rear camera with Flash. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and VoLTE support.
The Zen Admire Dragon smartphone is priced a bit higher because it features a slightly larger display and a better front camera for selfies and video chats. It also comes pre-installed with 20 different Indian languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Gujrati, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi to name a few.
The Admire Dragon features a 5-inch IPS display with 2.5D curved glass protection. It sports a 5-megapixel front camera, and the rear camera also supports auto focus capabilities. It packs a 2500mAh battery, and comes pre-loaded with apps like NexGTv, Opera Mini, Saavn, Zen AppCloud, Zen Game Store, ZENCare, and QR Code scanner. Zen is also offering a one-time screen breakage replacement with the Zen Admire Dragon. It also comes with a mobile tracker feature which allows users to track their smartphone in case of theft or loss.
The Zen Admire Thrill, on the other hand, features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display. It sports a 2-megapixel selfie camera, and packs a 1750mAh battery. The smartphone comes with pre-loaded apps like VuLiv, Cool Gallery, chillx-premium-ZenPlayStore, Hotoday and ZENCare.
