–    All cars to be available in the new brand colour – Lapiz Blue

With the arrival of the festive season, Volkswagen has sweetened the deals on it primary portfolio –the Polo, the Ameo and the Vento. At no extra cost, Volkswagen offers the connected car program – Volkswagen Connect, which allows trip tracking, fuel cost monitoring, driving behaviour, SOS call and much more through the smartphone app. The owners can mark and share the location of the car and also book service appointments at authorised dealerships using the app.

Along with Volkswagen Connect, the German car maker is also offering all the three Volkswagens in their new brand colour, Lapiz Blue. Along with the new shade of paint, all the cars also get a new surround trim for the touchscreen infotainment system, glove box lamp, an additional USB charging port in the back and 16-inch Portago grey alloy wheels.

The top-spec Polos get leatherette upholstery with the GT series getting it chequered. The Vento now gets dual front-side airbags as standard to further improve occupant safety while ABS and EBD has already been made a standard across the Volkswagen range of cars.

While the Connect Editions get a badge on the fenders, aluminium pedals, black ORVMs and a gloss roof makes it look sportier. As we have mentioned before, the prices of the Polo, the Ameo and the Vento remain unchanged and start from Rs 5.55 lakhs, Rs 5.65 lakhs and Rs 8.38 lakhs respectively, ex-showroom Delhi.
