The year is coming to a close. But car manufacturers are riding on the high festive period wave, showering special and limited editions of their cars at a time already considered auspicious for purchase of vehicles. Many of these were launched a while ago, and are still available at dealerships. Here’s a look at the best the festive offerings launched so far.
Hyundai i20 Celebration Edition
The limited-run i20 Celebration Edition, based on the car’s Sportz trim gets 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels, a gloss-black roof wrap, sport pedals, body decals and badging on the tailgate along with blacked out window frames. The Celebration Edition is available in both petrol and diesel guises of the i20, though only in a white paint scheme.
Volkswagen Volksfest
Volkswagen launched a month-long nationwide programme, starting October 22, for existing and prospective Volkswagen customers offering special finance, insurance and benefits schemes on its Polo and Vento. The new special editions of the Polo and Vento, the Exquisite and Highline Plus respectively, are also on offer. The Vento Highline Plus gets a

Toyota Etios Liva limited edition
The Etios Liva limited edition gets a dual-tone exterior paint scheme with a blacked out roof, roof-mounted rear spoiler and ORVMs along with 15-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. Interiors get the addition of new seat fabrics, a Bluetooth-equipped audio system and wood inserts on the dashboard. Available with a choice of 1.2-litre petrol and 1.4-litre diesel engines, the limited-edition Liva also comes equipped with ABS.
