As part of Renault’s efforts to build stronger relationship with its customer base in India, the French automaker has announced monsoon check-up camp across the country from July 15 to July 21, 2016. Customers can get the vehicle inspected at any of the authorised Renault outlets in the country. In order to ensure that the Renault cars are monsoon ready, the service centre will inspect the vehicles free of cost.
Renault monsoon check-up camp will also offer discount on spares, labour charges and accessories. For Kwid owners, Renault is offering a 50 per cent discount on the AC filter and 20 per cent discount on wiper blades and brake parts. Moreover, customers can also avail an additional 15 per cent discount on other value added services. Customers will also get 10 per cent discount on opting for ‘Renault Secure’ package which includes road side assistance and extended warranty.
Currently, Renault has about 210 showrooms across the country and by the end of this year the company aims at expanding its dealer network to 270 showrooms. The company has also inaugurated its pre-owned vehicle division called Renault Selection in Bengaluru. The outlet spread across 21,000 sq.ft will sell vehicles of all brands.
