Micromax has launched a new tablet in India, the Canvas Tab P702. Exclusively available on Snapdeal at Rs. 7,999, the highlight of the tablet is its 4G LTE support at this price point.
The dual-SIM supporting Micromax Canvas Tab P702 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box and features a 7-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) resolution IPS display. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek processor, clocked at 1.3GHz, clubbed with 2GB RAM.
The tablet sports 16GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 32GB). In the camera department, the Canvas Tab P702 bears a 5-megapixel autofocus rear camera with LED flash along with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
On the connectivity front, the Canvas Tab P702 supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB connectivity. Available on Snapdeal in Bold Black and Classy White, the tablet comes with OTG cable, headphones and 7 Kindle e-books worth Rs. 1,500 for free. The device is backed by a 3000mAh battery rated to deliver up to 250 hours of standby time and up to 3 hours of playtime. Also included are dual speakers powered by DTS audio tech.
Micromax last week launched its Canvas Amaze 4G smartphone. The dual-SIM Canvas Amaze 4G runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, and features a 5-inch (720×1280 pixels) IPS display and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The new Micromax smartphone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) processor, coupled with 1GB of DDR3 RAM. It sports an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera along with a 2-megapixel front-facing fixed-focus camera. Other features included are 8GB of expandable storage and 2230mAh battery.
