With the bookings already in full swing, chances were that the car was heading towards NEXA showroom (from where the cars will be sold). The vehicle will be available in both petrol and diesel engine options. While petrol engine will give the buyer an option to choose between automatic and manual gearbox, diesel engine won’t be able to offer such a privilege and will come mated with a 5-speed manual gearbox only. It is also offered in an all-black theme with silver accents and chrome highlights on the instrument cluster and steering wheel. The hatch comes with a 7-inch SmartPlay infotainment system which is same as the one in the Ciaz and S Cross. On the outside, Baleno uses an innovative design philosophy with the ‘V’ shape front grille along with a partial floating roof, sloping roof line, rear spoiler and the new Suzuki alloys.
