InFocus has launched a new budget smartphone in India, the InFocus Bingo 21, priced at Rs. 5,499. It is available to buy from online stores in Blue, White, and Orange colour variants. The smartphone is listed on the company’s own website as well.
The dual-SIM supporting InFocus Bingo 21 runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop and features a 4.5-inch FWVGA (850×480 pixel) display with On-cell touch technology. It is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Shark L (SC9830) SoC, coupled with 2GB of RAM.
The smartphone bears an 8-megapixel autofocus rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, LED flash, apart from a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. The InFocus Bingo 21 also features a front-facing flash.
Connectivity options on the InFocus Bingo 21 include 4G LTE (with Band 40), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, FM radio, Bluetooth 4.0, Micro-USB, GPS, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It is powered by a 2300mAh battery and features an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, gyroscope, accelerometer, and magnetometer. Measuring 136.8x67x10.82mm, it is listed on the Snapdeal website where users can register themselves to buy the handset for the sale that commences on February 11.
The company last month launched its InFocus M680 priced at Rs. 10,999. Some of the key features of the smartphone are a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display with 401ppi density; MediaTek a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) display with 401ppi density; 2GB of RAM; 16GB of inbuilt storage; expandable storage via microSD card up to 32GB; 13-megapixel rear-camera; 13-megapixel front-facing camera, and 2600mAh battery. On the software side, it runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, and the company claims the M680 will receive an Android Marshmallow update at some point in the future.
