Renault Triber, the sub-four-metre seven-seater vehicle is due for launch later this month. The Triber is based on the modified CMF-A platform. Mechanically, the vehicle will be powered by a 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine producing 71bhp/96Nm. This engine will be offered with either a five-speed manual or a five-speed automated manual transmission. The vehicle draws its design inspiration from the Captur and it sits on steel wheels that look like alloy wheels to save cost without losing visual appeal. The vehicle further gets sleek wraparound projector headlamps that complement the chrome grille. It also gets LED DRLs in place of the fog lamps and a faux scuff plate.
