The Honda Navi is a unique looking moto-scooter in the Indian market. Two years after its official launch, Honda is preparing a new version of the Navi. Even though the Navi gained a lot of traction initially in the market, the popularity came down with time. To keep the interest alive, Honda will launch a facelifted version of the scooter in the Indian market in August.

The refreshed version of the Navi will carry the same silhouette as the current model, however, there will be updated features. The scooter will get a fuel gauge, which is missing from the current version of the two-wheeler. The instrument cluster as a whole will be updated with new features. However, Honda may continue to use the analogue dials to keep the cost in check.

Overall, the Navi may get a slightly updated tail lamp and LED headlamp too, similar to the Honda Activa 5G. Other than these updates, we can see a new set of graphics to keep the interest high among the youth. Honda may also introduce a new set of accessories for the scooter. Honda showcased a wide range of accessories during its first unveiling at the 2016 Auto Expo and conversions kits, like off-roading, may come with the new version of the moto-scooter.

The upcoming Navi will be powered by the same 110cc four-stroke, single-cylinder engine that churns out a maximum of 7.7 Bhp and 9 Nm. It gets an automatic CVT transmission. The two-wheeler gets a telescopic front fork and a mono-shock at the rear. Both the wheels get drum brakes. The Navi weighs only 102 kg, which makes it quite fun to ride.

Interestingly, Honda stopped dispatching the Navi in May and then resumed in June. It could be the last few batches of the stock before Honda starts shipping out the facelifted version of the Navi in India.
