The 45th Tokyo Motor Show has all the appearance of an iPhone unveiling, but there’s more under the hood than meets the eye.
This year, Honda is turning heads with its new Sports EV concept, a car that has an electric power train and artificial intelligence.
Car enthusiasts are hoping the Japanese automaker goes ahead and builds it.

“It’s very clearly similar in design to the crowd pleaser Honda Urban EV concept we saw at Frankfurt last month, and that car was an electro-future version of a Civic hatchback from the late 1970s,” Jalopnik editor-in-chief Patrick George writes.
For the unaware, the Tokyo Motor Show runs every two years at the Tokyo International Exhibition Center.
